Does this only work between iPhones and Touches?
If so, what a joke!
Apple, seriously, you need to add bluetooth filetransfer support in a OS update for the iPhone. Shame on you!

Yeah the problem is that iPhone and iPod Touch devices do not support the obex protocol. If they ever support that, we will definitely make use of that in Bluetooth Photo Share.
