Support and FAQ
If you are having any problem with Bluetooth this are our recommendations:
Q: I am having trouble getting bluetooth to connect. What do I do?
A: Sometimes people experience problems connecting via Bluetooth, especially when there are more than two devices to connect. This is due to the way Apple has implemented Bluetooth connectivity. Here are some tips that we have found to be helpful on getting Bluetooth working (try these on all devices):
1. Restart the application
2. Disable WiFi – on the iPhone, bluetooth shares the same antenna as wifi, so sometimes disabling wifi can increase your bluetooth performance.
3. Turn bluetooth off and then back on
4. Restart the device
Q: What is the maximum range of the bluetooth in the iPhone/iPod touch?
A: The bluetooth range on the iPhone and iPod Touches is suprisingly far. We have tested our apps outside between an iPhone and an iPod Touch and found that it can range between 60-70 feet. We have heard of other people having even better distances.
Q: If I buy Bluetooth Photo Share Pro, will I still be able to transfer photos with my friends who have the free version?
A: Yes. The pro version will always work with the free version. Even the “pro only” features (that are coming soon) will require only one person to have the pro version installed.
